GTA 6 Reveals Its First Six Radio Stations — and Radio Now Leaves the Car

Rockstar unveiled six GTA 6 radio stations on October 8, 2026 — hosted by Bad Bunny, Lana Del Rey, Morgan Wallen, Burna Boy, Robyn, Trick Daddy, Trina, and two members of Slayer — plus the series' first on-demand in-game podcasts, playable while walking.

Quick answer

Six stations revealed Oct 8, 2026: Cocoteo FM (Latin), Back Country Radio (country), AfroBank FM (African music), The Chamber 106.6 (metal), Flash FM (pop), Dirty South Classics (hip-hop). Radio works on foot via in-game phone; podcasts are on-demand. Classic rock and talk stations still to come.

Rockstar has pulled back the curtain on Grand Theft Auto VI's soundtrack. The studio revealed the first six in-game radio stations on October 8, 2026 — six dial positions across Latin, country, African music, metal, pop, and Southern hip-hop, with big-name hosts behind most of the microphones. Short previews of all six are already live on the official GTA 6 website's music page.

The bigger change: radio now leaves the car. In GTA 6, players can listen via headphones connected to the character's phone while walking — and the game's new podcasts are on-demand rather than broadcast loops. Rockstar calls it the biggest and widest-ranging selection of in-game radio and podcasts in the series' history, with classic rock and talk stations still to be announced.

The six confirmed stations:

  • Cocoteo FM — modern Latin, from bachata and merengue to dembow and reggaeton. Hosted by El Martillo (Bad Bunny) and La Gata (RaiNao).
  • Back Country Radio — renegade country for the Grassrivers and Port Gellhorn, hosted by MW (Morgan Wallen) and Delta Dawne (Lana Del Rey), with roving swamp meteorologist Mud Dog Mike (Jeremy Dufrene) reporting from an airboat.
  • AfroBank FM — African music from 20th-century classics to amapiano and 3-step, hosted by Burna (Burna Boy) and Palmsy (Palms Trax).
  • The Chamber 106.6 — classic metal from the '80s and beyond, hosted by DJ Kerry (Kerry King) and DJ Tom (Tom Araya) — both of Slayer.
  • Flash FM — pop, hosted by Robyn and Alex (Alex Consani).
  • Dirty South Classics — regional rap and hip-hop classics hosted by Trick (Trick Daddy) and Trina.

Separate from the in-game stations, Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album is a 34-track soundtrack with original music from artists including Travis Scott, PinkPantheress, and Morgan Wallen.

Grand Theft Auto VI launches November 19, 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

What we know
All six stations, their genres, and hosts were officially revealed by Rockstar on October 8, 2026, with previews on the official GTA 6 site. Radio is listenable while walking via the character's phone. GTA VI: The Album (34 tracks) is separate.
What we don't know
The remaining stations (classic rock, talk) are unannounced. Full tracklists per station are not yet confirmed.
